Founded by Latisha B. Fikes, an award-winning beauty professional, licensed instructor, trichologist, and business educator, Create Professionals was created to bridge the gap between beauty school and business success. While many professionals master their craft, few are taught how to build profitable businesses, create multiple streams of income, develop leadership skills, or build generational wealth. That's where we come in.

Why we created "Create Professionals"
Create Professionals was born from a simple realization: the beauty industry teaches us how to perform services—but not always how to build successful businesses.
After spending years as a cosmetologist, salon owner, educator, mentor, and trichologist, I saw the same challenge over and over again. Talented beauty professionals were working long hours, filling their appointment books, and serving clients with excellence, yet many still struggled with pricing, marketing, financial literacy, business systems, leadership, and long-term wealth.
I realized the problem wasn't a lack of talent—it was a lack of business education.
That's why Create Professionals was created.
Our purpose is to bridge the gap between technical skills and business success by providing practical education, mentorship, certifications, and resources that empower beauty professionals to build profitable, sustainable businesses.
